  • Primary responsibility for local physician and provider recruitment and retention operations for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System and VA San Diego Healthcare System.

  • Serves as the case-manager for all physician and provider recruitment and onboarding activities ensuring effective and efficient processes that maximize recruitment outcomes and reduce Time-to-Hire (T2H).
  • Assesses physician and provider recruitment and retention needs and develops short- and long-term recruitment strategies to optimize recruitment and retention outcomes and achieve health care system objectives.
  • Provides case management and facilitation of the onboarding process. Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing retention life cycle for physicians and providers within the health care system, and as such, forged strategic and harmonious relationships with all stakeholders.
