- Was integral in establishing our current Senior Executive Team city governance, which has saved the city over $90,000 annually in the budget.
- Run all City Council meetings as well as chair several committees.
- Serve as the liaison between the Senior Executive Team and the City Council.
- Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety report directly to me.

- Supervise a staff of 4 driving instructors and make sure they are up to date on all of their accreditations with the State of Wisconsin
- Handle the scheduling of drive times for over 100 students annually
- Teach all in person driver's education classes...each class consists of 15 2-hour classes where I not only teach subject matter, but also proxy the permit test for the State of WIsconsin.
- Maintain paperwork for all past and present students in accordance with Wisconsin laws.
