I worked for AVflight but was contracted to American Airlines. I worked as a ticket counter agent, Ramp agent and was also cross trained as a fueler. I also was a Lead/Supervisor, GSC coordinator, BSO agent and Deice coordinator. Marshaling in and out aircraft’s and also fueling them. Did Ground Security Coordinator for when incidents happened I was the one who they reported to as well as the captain.

Did scenarios with various agencies. Such as BIA, Border Patrol, Local Police Officers, TSA, Corrections Officers. Acting out scenarios that they will deal with throughout their careers.
