Experienced High School Teacher with 36 years of expertise in managing large classrooms and fostering positive student relationships. I have been a head Coach for over twenty years now.

For the past three years, I have been the Head Coach for the Boy's Cross Country team (All Boys School) and Assistant Coach for the Track team at Jesuit High School, Tampa, finishing 8th, 7th and 5th place respectively at the cross country State meet.  For five years before that, I was the head Coach for the Boys and Girls Cross country and Track teams Lawton Chiles High School, Tallahassee. My Girls Cross Country teams  won two State Championships and finished as State Runner up two years. We won numerous District and Regional Titles, won a Nike Cross South Regional Title, and qualified for the Nike Cross National Championships in Portland, OR. I have coached an individual Cross Country State Champion, a Footlocker National qualifier, and a Gatorade FL Girls Runner of the Year.

I have coached the Boys Cross Country team to three State Runner up finishes, and a fourth place finish. I have coached two individual State Champions, a Footlocker National finalist, and a Gatorade FL Boys Runner of the Year.

In girls track I have coached a Team State Runner up, a State Champion and sixth nationally ranked relay team, and numerous podium finishers.

In Boys Track, I have coached two State individual Champions, a third place State Team finish, and numerous podium finishers.

I have won multiple FL State Coach of the Year Awards for Cross country, and multiple Big Bend Coach of the Year award as well.
