As a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, my main role is to oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations. I ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing the kitchen staff, creating new menu items, and ordering ingredients when needed. I also maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. I work closely with the owners to ensure the new menu items are meeting with their high standards just as mine and making sure the price is not going crazy. Overall, my goal is to create a positive and productive environment where delicious meals are prepared with care and passion.
