Cook on the grill, oven and industrial oven. I pre cut meat, vegetables and bread, dressing. I open by my self and prep the store before any one gets there. I clean as I finish cooking of prepared for the next dish. I. Disinfect my working area as I go on. I work on a fast speed and a fast learner. I do meet cutting and wrapping. I also disinfect the machines on a every use. I do customer service as well. I was all my dishes, pot and backing sheets. Before closing I clean the bathroom by disinfecting and sweeping, mopping, clean tables and chairs, walls and glass. And make sure everything is luck.
