I'm a Father of 3 kids, wife, and brother. I firmly believe in GOD, he's the only reason i survived my past. I firmly believe in HARD WORK pays off, I'm always up for a challenge and like hard work. I have learned so much in life in regards to JOB history so that I am not limited to only 1 avenue. I'm seeking a place I can invest my life to, build a career and never quit that job. I do not like jumping job to job, I want to start at a job and earn my way over 20+ years to provide me and my family a life they deserve. I can learn anything and everything extremely fast, I work very effectively and efficiently. My past is a story for personal interview, however not having a father and having to go through some of the hardest things in life is what made me who I am now, its why I work as hard as I do. Overall I'm a very experienced, friendly, reliable, honest, hard working person.

I give 200% in everything I do, I strive to be the best version of myself regardless of my situations or life complications. I want my kids to look up to me and know I earned everything we have and that they can rely on me to always be there.

I put customer satisfaction and experience at the top of my list for a lot of situations. I firmly believe what I say and do for the customer will be the best impression and ensure they leave with nothing being left missed or failed to correct.

I'm 36 years old, just looking for a Career that I can retire at. I want to put in the work and have it pay off. As anyone who is seeking the same thing, I just want to give my family the best possible life I can all while making a difference at a job. Making a difference in someone's life or day regardless of what field I work in. Making customers happy and doing what's right while staying professional is what I strive for. Every one of my customers have in return became close friends/returning customers knowing they can trust my judgement and expertise. Knowing what I'm telling them is factual and followed by expert knowledge.

I like to be very conditioned in what the Techs know and what the Techs do, I feel this helps build the trust with customers that I'm someone who doesn't just guess, that I'm someone who will take the extra mile to get them the most probable/expert response.

I go above and beyond every expectation as settling for bare minimum is not a option for me or the way I think and function. I want to do the most I possibly can while staying within my boundaries. If I don't know an answer I will go outside the box to figure it out, I will go 5 steps further to ensure proper solution.
