• Various residential/commercial plumbing projects from underground and rough plumbing to finish work, troubleshooting service calls, plumbing maintenance for apartment complex, ordering material for jobs, organizing and scheduling new projects, advertising, maintaining books and billing information .

Worked as an assistant supervisor and oversaw projects whiie senior supervisor started new jobs or was needed on others ,read blueprints, review hardware schedules and made sure all materials needed were present in order to complete various projects, contacted vendors to deal with any missing parts/material, work with various trade foreman to ensure project runs on or close to schedule , general construction tasks, from breaking ground and surveying the job site to completing the final punch list. Work with all types of power tools on a daily basis . Operate heavy machinery often. Leveled and adjusted anchor bolts , weatherproofed foundations and walls for bricklayers . Framed and densglassed where needed . Saw cut openings for G.C. and other trades . Insulation and fireproofing. Built walls , ceilings and door opening with steel or wood material . Drop ceilings . Assembled and installed various types of casework. Installed and built custom mill work . Installed wood and steel doors . Installed hardware on doors . Installed grab bars and bathroom accessories . Installed multiple different panels and aluminum trim systems. Installed acoustic sound panels on ceiling and walls . Shaped materials to exact measurements for job requirements with hand and power tools. Installed glass railings . Installed tempered glass . Many different general labor tasks . Demolition . Waste removal . Minor excavation with heavy machinery i.e (backhoe, payloader, bobcat etc) .

Read plans and layed out piping for heating units , boiler and chiller systems . Installed multiple types of metal piping i.e (copper , steel , iron ) ranging in size from 1/4” - 12” . Rigged various types of heavy duty rooftop heating , cooling and exhaust units . Filled piping systems with water and air to test for leaks. Core drilled many different size holes to allow for piping .

Completed many different commercial piping projects . Contructed boilers and installed heating and cooling units . Rigged units to rooftops when needed . Worked with oxygen and acetylene torch . Used heavy machinery and tools to complete various jobs . Calculated and ordered materials necessary to complete prodjects . Welded and fit various size and material pipes . Pressure tested and inspected pipes .
