  • Led team in creating a new process and equipment for niobium pentachloride production. $35M budget. Equipment and testing completed; material meets specifications.
  • Directed a team in developing a process and building for treating condensate from EB melting. $3.5M budget. Currently operational.
  • Managed the demolition and replacement of a production building with new equipment. $4.0M budget. Building has been operational for 10+ years.
