Michael is the Sales Client Advisor. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On Saturday morning I saw the GLE we wanted to look at on theri website. We were eager so we called Michael on his cellphone. He wasn’t even at work yet but he answered, called me by name, and saif he would get the keys for the car when he got to work. We made an appointment to see him that afternoon and ended up buying the car. Michael is very helpful and doesn’t give the customer the run around. We told him what we were looking for in a SUV and helped us find it, no stories about the car isn’t here or it was just put in our loaner car program. He and his manager are both professionals that I would recommend if you want a Mercedes-Benz. I worked in Detroit for a major car manufacturer and nothing turns me off faster than a dealership that tells a customer “stories”.
