In October of 2023 I began working at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World Savannah, GA. as a Dront End Team Lead

In August of 2024 I Transferred to Harrisburg, PA. I have maintained the role of Team Lead.

As my roll in the Team Lead possition with Bass Pro Shops, I have gained expirience in leadership by setting a positive example by showing respect for my team members and customers alike.

as example, I have;

• Resolved customer service issues by finding immediate solutions, increasing customer confidence, and decreasing escalations to executive office.

From January of 2020 through May of 2022 I worked in Arizona as a residential Construction laborer and electritions apprentice.

Prior to 2020 I was a Stay at home father raising my two children.

Through my expiriences in these very different roles, I have learned to adapt and solve problems efficiently.

In my roll as a constuction laborer, I learned to pay attention to detail and listen to guidence from training and practice. I have gained skills in serving customers through listening to the cutomer's needs and maintaing communication throughout the execution of project implimentation resulting in customer satisfaction.
