Michael Weatherspoon

• My role as a host at roosters is to make sure I greet everyone who comes in with a smile and take them to their table when they want to dine it
• There are a couple of positions you have to do as a host. You have to take call in orders, bag the call in orders and take them to the front, seat people when they want to dine in, and sometimes run food to help other servers out

Even though being seen as a host is easy, there´s a lot that comes with it But I know how to keep my cool and push through it.

• My role as a custodian worked was to make sure everything in the building was neat and clean
• The days I had to work, the first thing i´ll do was to make sure the trash was taken out, all the equipment was polished and neat, and the floor was swept and mopped
• I viewed that job as if it was the most important thing to me
• I made it a responsibility to make sure the OSHA standers were met.
