Increased hourly rates for all Warehouse Staff to nearly meet today's market rates.

With the help of the VP of Operations we were able to get new machinery for the kitting department to replace obsolete machines.


Crystal Classics

Utilization of investigative background lead to implementation of security checks on questionable internet orders and catalog orders , which netted savings of $75,000 fiscal 2019.

Developed strong associations with multiple vendors and logistic suppliers.

Grew international sales from zero to $500,000 in a three year period.


Attorneys' General Offices

Successfully investigated for prosecution medical providers of the Medicaid systems in Ohio, Virginia and New Mexico. The largest of which was a durable medical supplier with a felony conviction and finding of $6.3 million.

Worked closely with local, county and federal law enforcement agencies.

Graduated from the New Mexico State Police Academy; and have over 1100 hours of training with the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy - various subject matter form White Collar Crime Investigations to Training.
