Michaela Hiemstra

- I have spent many hours with guests at one time helping them design their own kitchen and choosing their appliances. I have also learned how to handle conflict that arises when someone isn't pleased with what they get and keep a calm demeanor.

- I have been given huge amounts of responsibility from answering emails, sending customer followups, to deciding what price I can sell a damaged display for. They even schedule me as the Acting Department Manager when they schedule me to open or close.

- I have helped train new associates on product knowledge, customer service standards, and store policies.

- I have helped and learned how to analyze inventory levels to assist in restocking efforts and minimize stock discrepancies.

- I have been told I provide a positive first impressions to welcome existing, new, and potential customers.
