  • Assisted in developing a 5-year strategic plan, revising the core mission statement, establishing enduring principles and realistic metrics, and prioritizing programs that significantly improved the organizations’ ability to justify increased resources and adjust schedules as necessary
  • Organized, and coordinated, programs and staff actions across a Headquarters staff of 600 and a workforce of over 20,000 worldwide with $2.9 billion budget of Non Appropriated and Appropriated funds across multiple executive programs; resulting in increased revenues and profits while reducing overall costs.
  • Member of the US Military’s Department of Defense fitness board, chaired by the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman. This board assisted the President’s Fitness Council on fitness and resiliency of our Soldiers and their Families.
  • Redesigned the Warrior Adventure Quest program ensuring Soldiers conducted adrenaline based training, other than war fighting; outdoor programming that curbed aberrant behaviors and built teams
