6-20 All Lines Adjuster - From 2012-23 I worked as an Independent Property Loss Adjuster working and learning to perform the duties & responsibilities required to work, handle and process daily & cat claims as an Property Adjuster. In my 10 year span I've worked out in the field as a field adjuster, I've for several Insurance Carrier's throughout my local area, I worked as a TPA/Independent adjuster, I've worked for several Adjusting firms, working under the firm's umbrella to preform daily & CAT claims. I Obtained my IICRC Certifications in WRT & AMRT. I am currently Level 1 certified and level 2 trained in Xactimate, my experiences in estimating covers writing all types of estimating required in the Insurance industry, such as contents & pack-outs, damage estimates for water, fire, mold losses, remediation of tear-outs & reconstruction projects on behalf on Carriers and Construction companies. I mostly recently completed a refresher training course for Xactimate levels 1 & 2, I continue working the training for all 3 levels, in preparation for the level 3 testing, my goal is to achieve a level 3 Mastery Certification capabilities in operating the software.
