Senior TADSS Instructor providing certification and training on Bradley fighting vehicle, M1 Abrams, Wheeled vehicles, and personnel MILES equipment. Certified senior instructor on the Bradley COFT-SA and Advance Gunnery Training Simulator system. Taught over a 500 soldiers and DOD civilians during the six plus years as a TADSS instructor. Subject matter expert in issuing and turn-in of equipment using TS-MAT program. Manages and creates electronic badges using a program (On guard 7.5) on the desk top computer to support access control into the Training Support Center. Performs assessment and audits during daily security/threat checks on the building to ensure access control is enforced. Serves as the senior Government Purchase Card Holder for the agency and handles all the bills for repairs, equipment, and supplies and makes sure to follow guidelines and stay in a monthly budget of $ 30,000. Developed a POI of internal monitoring for GPC cardholders that identifies potential risk in spending. Developed a POI for a Javelin course to increase the support to the soldiers and the over all mission or the organization.
