Led, instructed, and mentored newly winged aviators and Instructor Under Training Candidates in the F/A-18E/F and T-34C to safely execute a daily 50-60 sortie flight schedule in multiple locations across the country. Maintained strict oversight of crew day and operational risk management considerations, and oversaw the planning and execution of large-scale training detachments to multiple locations within the United States and on board various aircraft carriers at sea.

Led and supervised 135 Coalition and Joint personnel in the execution of high-tempo combat air operations and air missile defense, ensuring strict adherence to Rules of Engagement while fostering positive relationships with coalition partners worldwide.

Led, instructed, and mentored newly winged aviators and Instructor Under Training candidates in the F/A-18A-F. Led the Safety Department for a squadron with 1,300 personnel and was responsible for the implementation of Operational Risk Management in all departments. Identified and drafted comprehensive Hazard Reports, communicating critical threats to the F/A-18E/F community.

Managed the training and operational schedule for 34 aircrew and served as a Strike Fighter Combat Wingman and Combat Flight lead Instructor Pilot. Oversaw the planning and implementation of a comprehensive training plan enabling the squadron to execute a myriad of strike fighter tactics in response to a wide range of threats across multiple areas of responsibility. Hand-selected as an Air Wing Mission Commander charged with leading large-scale multi-plane strikes in combat.

Instructed and mentored newly winged aviators and Instructor Under Training Candidates in the F/A-18A-F. Mentored and led 17 F/A-18E/F Initial Qualification Students as a class advisor. Planned and executed a 14 aircraft Strike training detachment resulting in a 100% sortie completion rate.
