Being able to talk to customers and be fast was a key role in working at McDonald’s. I was able to learn most of the procedures and the events that took place. I always made sure everyone felt welcomed and appreciated for being able to serve them. Listening and communicating was also important in tasks that my manager needed me to do and also what could make the customers experience better. I practiced and with that knowledge I was able to teach others how to work in different aspects of McDonald’s therefore making the work shift more easier for each other.
-Customer service was a priority
-Taking orders and accepting payment
-Bagging up orders and handed them out as soon as possible
-Cooking using proper food safety procedures
-Stocking up the different condiments
-Made sure work environment was clean and ready for customers
I am very close to my religion and wouldn’t really want to work in the weekend unless I have too. I would prefer a job in the morning to afternoon
