Prepare aircraft for departure by replenishing galleys with snacks, drinks, condiments etc., in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, crew members, operations agents and ramp agents to ensure on-time departure. Warehouse duties and restocking.

Greet guests and assist with any questions or concerns, cashier tasks, inform guests of any promotions or sales, keep cash-wrap area clean and organized.

Responsible for opening up bake shop, review the day-before dessert list, pick up dessert dishes from the restaurant. Baked focaccia bread, pineapple upside down cakes, lilikoi crème brûlée, chocolate decadence cakes, love in a jar desserts. All desserts are made from scratch. Responsible for making wedding cakes from scratch for Celebrations by Bev Gannon's Weddings at Gannon's in Wailea.

Assembled 1, 2 and 3 tier lavish cakes from scratch. Attended some catering events and assisted with desserts.
