Delivers and evolves comprehensive training on acquisition and project management lifecycles across various formats, including instructor-led courses, Just-In-Time (JIT) classes, and Web-based Training (WBT) in support of an Intelligence Community member. Orchestrating end-to-end- planning, coordination, and delivery of Mobile Training Team (MTT) events across continental United States (CONUS) and outside continental United States (OCONUS) locations, supporting Intelligence Community workforce development through partnerships with foreign government and organizational hosts. Simultaneously oversaw administrative operations for two concurrent headquarters-based courses while executing MTT missions, creating, reviewing, and finalizing course materials, training lessons, brochures, and multimedia content. Analyzed and synthesized customer feedback, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, provided actionable recomendations to course directors and Government entities to enhance curriculum effectiveness and student satisfaction. Demonstrated operational flexibility by adjusting logistical requirements in real-time to accommodate changing conditions, host location constraints while maintaing course quality and meeting learning objectives.

Created comprehensive training materials including course outlines, exercises, assessments, and performance evaluations to measure trainee proficiency in cyber threat exploitation and analysis. Maintained curriculum currency to ensure operational applicability across Air Force Missions.
