This position assists the Payroll Manager in bi-weekly processing for all company pay groups. It includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and correcting pre- and post-processing database reports, and the overall maintenance of the payroll system. Daily tasks also include:

• Communicate procedures to meet the company's goals
• Bonus/Salary Changes
• Short-Term Disability and Injury Pay
• New hires and rehires
• Wage Garnishment Administration
• SSA Verifications
• Pay corrections and off-cycle pay

• Collaborated closely with team members to achieve project objectives
• Discussed job performance with employees, identifying causes and issues to find solutions
• Developed and implemented new policies and procedures related to payroll processes
• Provided training to new Payroll Representatives/Office Administrators on payroll systems and procedures
• Guided payroll staff in handling difficult or complex problems
• Conducted regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance
