Oversee the daily care of residents ensuring they receive the best possible care, communicate with residents' families and outside providers regarding needs and care of residents, ensure that resident service plans and physician certifications are up to date and updated as needed, observe community policies and procedures and maintain all records necessary for state, federal and corporate requirements, operate assisted living facility within established budget guidelines, conduct interviews, initiate disciplinary action as appropriate, oversee and schedule all staff in the assisted living.

• Oversee the front desk Patient Access Specialists ensuring that patients receive the best first contact care, assist at the front desk when short staffed, manage the scheduling for the front desk and nursing staff, , travel to outreach location weekly to oversee operations, conduct interviews , initiate disciplinary action as appropriate, facilitate meetings with the Patient Access Specialists and Patient Service Representatives when updates within the department and/or clinic wide become available, manage time off requests for all the Patient Access Specialists and Patient Service Representatives, submit the co-pay deposit daily, submit and approve the Patient Access Specialists Patient Service Representatives and nursing staff time cards bi weekly, respond and manage patient complaints and assist the Operations Manager with tasks and projects.

• Scheduling appointments as needed, answering phone calls, checking in patients while confirming correct demographic information and insurance is on file, submit the daily co-pay deposit when needed, cross trained at the front desk and the phone room and trained new Patient Access Specialists at the front desk and phone room.

Patient Care Technician

• Responsible for various tasks such as obtaining vitals on patients, assisting the patients in their daily needs, assisting the nurse and doctors with bedside procedures, obtaining lab samples, removing IVs and foley catheters, emptying various types of drains, getting blood sugars on patients, reporting to the nurse of any changes in patients' care and health during their hospital stay and trained new Patient Care Technicians.

Unit Clerk

• Responsible for answering a multiple line phone system, taking messages for the nurses and doctors, answering patient call lights, entering doctors' orders into the system, faxing patient records, making copies of patient records and trained new Unit Clerks.
