My duties include; assisting with all promotional/ marketing work for new slot machines, addressing compliance issues and doing compliance checks, handling disciplines and doing disciplinary training, providing Title 31 training, new employee training, and EEO training. It involves both written and verbal communication through memo’s, e-mail, staff meetings, and one on one meetings with customers and employees. This position requires me to have a great deal of skill in handling customer and employees demands and I have been very successful at my position because of my commitment to great customer service.
