  • On average I manage approximately 8 patients on an inpatient unit. At times the number will increase due to the needs on the unit or due to staffing. I would attend weekly treatment team meetings about plan of care and expectations for patients to be able to discharge. During these treatment plan meetings, I would contact family or outside county case management to participate. Discharge planning, Treatment Team Meetings, collaborate with community partners, I was a facilitator for EIMR group weekly. Our team would come up with curriculum for what would be appropriate for the topic of the day. I would invite all 16 patients on the unit to attend the group. Some patients would decline, others would attend for short time and then leave early. Others would stay for the entire group. During group I would use motivational interviewing to ask questions. At times we would use some CBT skills to elicit engagement.•
