Patrolled hallways to ensure students attended classes. I have to check the restrooms to make sure that no kids were in there playing or fighting or destroying property. At the end of the day, I had to walk around outside to make sure students got on their proper buses to go home. When we had fire drills or tornado drills, I had to make sure that for fire drill students were out of the building and four tornado drills I had to make sure that the students were in the hallway where they were supposed to be. If there was an event at the school, they always ask security to be there to make sure that no one was there causing a fight.

I was in charge of the whole front of the house. What that means is my line people who served and put out food I had to walk around to make sure that the food was at proper temperature had to make sure that plates and silverware were stocked for customers had to make sure that the bars were clear and sanitized. Then I had to go onto the floor, where the guest were sitting and walk around and see if my waiters and buses were removing plates that need to be removed from the tables, making sure that there was no debris on the floor.

Then, when it came time for the back of the house, I had to go back there and make sure that the dishwashers were doing what they were supposed to do. Make sure that my kitchen staff was making sure all food was at temperature to be put out for the customers. At the end of the day, I would have to go into the office with the main manager and he would show me how to count the drawer down to where the money needs to be to start for the next day. He would show me how to fill out the bank deposit form and then we would close the store up.
