My husband and I are the proud owners and managers of the longest continuously operating hotel in Nebraska, which we purchased in April of last year in Orleans, Nebraska. Through our successful remodeling projects, we have not only added value to the small community but also built a strong social following. in addition to our hotel business, we also operate and AirBnB in our hometown two hours away and own a historic building in downtown Kearney, where we live. Our goal is to transform the 24,000 square feet of the historic building into a boutique hotel, managing five tenants along the way.
