As a driven early college student, I’ve balanced a 3.6 GPA at Muskegon Community College while working two jobs and serving as a leader in my school and community. At West Ottawa High School, I spent four years as a Student Senator and Executive Treasurer, organizing schoolwide events like blood drives, fundraisers, senior assemblies, and dances. I’ve also been a back-to-back Youth of the Year nominee, recognized for my public speaking, community service, and mentorship. At the Holland Peanut Store, I served as an opener, translator, and store organizer—ensuring smooth operations and positive customer experiences—while also working as a Junior Staff member at the Boys & Girls Club, where I took charge of club maintenance and created a safe space for kids.
My motivation comes from being a first-generation, low-income student who believes in creating opportunities—not waiting for them. I take pride in showing up with consistency, purpose, and heart. I thrive in roles that require leadership, emotional intelligence, organization, and strong communication. Whether I’m leading, learning, mentoring, or serving, I bring energy, adaptability, and a deep commitment to making an impact.
