I worked with senture for 2 years and some of the job duties as a customer service agent was to, take calls throughout the work day and guide the callers and provide them with information based on what they where calling about. I worked two different contracts for the company one was for the IRS and the other was health care. I was also a mentor for the company, they would assigned me a number or workers so I can provide help and tips for the job. We would have one one meetings and they would ask me questions on things they where struggling on the calls.

Some of the duties I was in charge of was overseeing inmates with in the jail and making sure they follow the rules of the jail. I was also a rover for the jail, we would walk all over the jail preforming different task that where given to us. I was also an officer for visitation, my duties as that role where to escort inmates to certain locations when they had visit.

Some of the duties that I was required was to operate the recycling machine and make sure that the material that went in it was clean. Some other duties that I had was to clean up my station everyday after work and make sure the machine was shut off.
