As a personal trainer I I have the opportunity to work with a diverse demographic with different personality types, learning styles,life challenges, and goals. Developing a sustainable, healthy lifestyle is not just anatomical and physiological, it is also psychological. I have been in my field of work for nearly a decade and not only want to help people physically, but also mentally. I believe if I can combine both skillsets I can make an impact on peoples lives on a greater scale.
