Mikayla Stein

I worked at De Forest Culvers all throughout High School. As a trainer I worked with my coworkers on new tasks such as kitchen, register, setting orders. Working directly with individuals I demonstrated not only Problem solving and staff training but I also constantly proved myself as being very time aware and situationally aware. I was placed as a trainer so early on in my career because I often pick up new actions fast and very easily become comfortable with my environment. Due to my high quality costumer service my location actually usually had me at promotional events as well, dressed up as our mascot taking photos with kids and spreading the sense of community at my Culvers.
