Mike Brill

• Oversee all programming & personnel for ministries to adults including a network of 40 community groups, men's & women's ministries, and various other ministries.
• Oversee local and global missions.
• Oversee prayer team and pastoral care process. Lead 21 days of prayer event each year.
• Work with Executive Director to manage budget and personnel to reach program goals including managing systems such as database management software, giving platforms, website, and production of digital and physical marketing materials.

• Managed pre-arrival case management, family reunification petitions, and case transfers for a portfolio of 12 World Relief offices.
• Managed the World Relief flight network.
• Trained World Relief offices on case management.
• Selected cases for World Relief and places them within our network of offices..
• Served as the World Relief liaison to the U.S. overseas processing centers of refugees.

• Pioneered a new disciple making team targeting North African muslims in Spain.
• Developed 3 outreach programs designed to give our team the capacity to represent Christ in word and deed to the community we lived among.

• Started a home church for those that were seeking a relationship with Jesus.
• Developed a program that won a grant from a local bank for its innovative approach to addressing unemployment in the young adult immigrant community.

• Launched a Young Adult (18-30) ministry that grew to 60 weekly attendance after one year.
• Led all aspects of the annual program including budgeting, coordinating the event calendar, scheduling worship leaders and teaching for the weekly gathering, preaching, and leading a volunteer team.
• Led local and global outreach, including multiple international trips with our international partners.
