  • Lawler Foods sold to private equity in 2016. Promoted to Director of IT for Dessertholdings. This included sites in Atlanta, Houston, and 2 sites in London Ontario and Vancouver British Columbia.
  • Responsible for all aspects of IT for 4 operating companies. Managed team of 6 IT support professionals.
  • Worked with leadership to unify company's IT infrastructure and promote "one company" mentality.

  • Responsible for support for over 100 computers and 10 servers over 15 years period at 2 facilities. This includes all helpdesk support for100 users.
  • Worked with multiple hardware vendors establishing and maintaining relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and cost-effective solutions.
  • Implemented 1st (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning system (Ross Systems) in 2001. This included AP, AR, GL, Inventory, SO, PO, Production, and Warehouse. This also included implementing mobile devices (Zebra, Motorola) for real-time scanning.
  • Responsible for network design, reevaluation and optimization to keep pace with company growth. Partnered with MSP for design. Added Cisco, HP switches and Wireless Access Points to both facilities. Added VMware for virtual server environment.
  • Supported all aspects of SQL server with ran ERP system.
  • Implemented multiple payroll and time and attendance systems, (ADP, Sage, Kronos, TimeStar)
  • Implemented Crystal Reports to support reporting capabilities for company. Developed over 100 reports for Accounting, Production and Warehouse functional areas. Reports were critical for identifying Material Usage Variance and KPI's.
