Being in the transportation industry for over and handling customer services for the last 54 years, we answered calls
from customers who had several questions and issues.
Customers called checking transit times , on delivery times of their freight .
Calling CSR's to help with pick ups and tracing their shipments.
Checking on freight charges.
In some cases , they were were checking on location of their shipments and if the information was not available at time of call, we advised we would have to check and return the call with information requested.. Which was always followed thru.
We were trained in different departments to enable us to
help in billing, ready loads for delivery and print bills for delivery..
