  • Deconstructing truck loads of food & sorting the dry-shelf items, perishables, as well as frozen items in such a way that is most useful for grabbing, preparing, and understanding the timeline of when such food becomes rotten, not only for myself but also for other employees.
  • Prepping, seasoning, and cooking brisket, pork, ribs, turkey, hot links, polish sausage, cheddar & jalapeno sausage, potatoes, chicken breast, chicken wings, as well as many other side dishes, main courses, and desserts. All within the the guides of time management, efficiency, and production that is expected from an employee of a high-end smoked foods restaurant.
  • Spreading a wide net of multiple tasks within the constriction of my work shift and completing such tasks one at a time, along with pausing mid task shifting focus onto that which is time sensitive, then refocusing on the previous task and completing such. This includes washing dishes, preparing plates, preparing and serving caters, serving customers, cleaning and sanitizing the front and back of house, as well as prepping and loading foods into the smoker and/or oven.
