• Monitored production line for jams, pile-ups or wrap not working correctly
• Cleared machine jams and threw out all the bad cakes that didn’t meet quality standards

• Trained new employees how to run various positions on how to work the grill, the machines, and around the store handling/ preparing customer orders.
