Miranda Fagan

In my time working in management with Hot Topic at the Dothan Mall I was expected to handle an array of responsibilities such as shipment both receiving organizing, and dispersing in a timely manner and handling in-store customer orders. I have experience opening and closing alone or with a team. I also handled majority of the building schedules and getting people sent off to breaks at the proper times along side, handling floor sets and visual updates.

At the time that I served with the town hall I primarily served as a fill in water clerk, when the full-time employee could not make it. I’m well experienced with handling billing accounts, over the phone payments, handling complaints when needed, filing. It was a constant steady pace job always moving always multitasking, and served to really teach me the problem-solving skills and patience that I use every day now in my management role.
