As a dinning aid, I greet residents as they walk in and sit down, I take their meal orders, and bring them their food and drinks. I also insure residents safety by providing alternative meals when there are allergies, complete trainings every month on various food and health care topics, and report concerns about residents behaviors/eating patterns to CNAs. As a dinning aid, I create strong relationships with residents as I see them each day. This creates a very positive work environment and keeps me looking forward to coming into work everyday.

At panera bread it was a very fast pace environment, I enjoyed the challenging days. There was always something to do. I learned how to be quick on my feet from that job, I also learned how to be a real team member. I worked with food, money, and sometimes upset costumers. I loved working there as it felt like a real team and that is what I am looking for.
