- Develop and sustain the Quality System Department in line with the required industry standards (including: ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2016 / IATF 16949:2016), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures.
- Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified. Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
- Work directly with the QA coordinator and all the QA Team to achieve quality management system targets for customers and business goals.
