Managing general enquiry phone calls from customers and outlet staff pertaining to:
● Science Plan product recommendations and feeding guidelines.
● Product and packaging issues and queries
● 100% Satisfaction Guarantees
● Promotion and voucher customer care queries
● Stock enquiries - Where to buy and out of stocks
● All other general enquiries
● Assist Territory Managers with queries from customers and consumers and capture
relevant information as required.
Managing the infoza inbox by:
● Responding to all customer queries within 24-48 hrs
● Forwarding all other emails to the appropriate person.
LEA & Voucher enquiries
● Update monthly LEA send off sheet and send monthly
● Assisting customers with LEA and voucher enquiries
● Back up for LEA and voucher codes as needed
● Order replacement stock / free goods from wholesalers as needed
● Use the Emplifi system to track all client interactions
Bladder stones
● Arranging the collection and courier to and from practices & Minnesota Urolith Centre
● General enquiries regarding bladder stones
● Sending reports to TMs & Practices
SDMA tests and replacement k/d or k/d + Mobility bags
● General enquiries regarding SDMA results and k/d offer
● Arranging for bags to be sent to the practice upon receiving the elevated SDMA results
Sodexo Functions:
● Submit attendance registers on month end to Sodexo Head Office
● Submit leave applications to Operations Manager (Kurt Scholtz) for approval and
action on ESS.
● Cover for Sammy-Jo on her breaks at reception
● Back up Switchboard - receive and direct phone calls and e-mails to appropriate
persons
● Back up PVA coordinator when needed
Any other duties deemed fair and reasonable to support the Customer Care Team

Duties are as follows:
● Answer the phone, transfer to the relevant person and take messages when needed.
● Screening staff - make sure that declaration form is filled out by each staff member
● Assistant to the fire marshall - Ground floor
● Opening the office and locking office
● Welcome visitors into the office - informing the staff member that their guest have arrived
● Oversee Housekeepers - Acceneth & Joyce
● Oversee that all cleaning duties are carried out
● Ordering of stock for Sodexo
● Any admin requested by the Head Office including attendance registers and filling out leave
forms,submitted to Gillian and this will be actioned on ESS.
● Weekly meeting with Jenny Kelly- Operation Manager
● Responsible for accepting parcels from all couriers - sign sheet filled out
● Submitting quotation for stock required to Jenny Kelly to place all orders on Ebuy
● Incharge of the stationery cupboard
● Weekly stock take
● Sodexo books

authorization.
