As an Operations Manager, I am working on the development of the Gig Pay project for Nativ Tech.
My responsibilities include:

• Gathering information and overseeing the operational implementation of each part of the project
• Communicating with clients
• Executing the testing phase of the project
• Creating timelines for each project phase

• Be in charge of courier fleet organization.
• Have responsibility for the recruitment and training of Glovers.
• Upload new Couriers (Glovers) in our system, with all required documentation and information.
• Be responsible for Glover's contracts and documentation.
• Support Glovers with possible queries and FAQs.
• Assure every Glover has every required material.
• Analyse the fleet's progress and develop reports to track and create improvements.
• Support the Operations Manager with fleet reports and metrics about the operations.
• Report to the Operations Manager regarding the fleet.
• Leading Growth agents remotely - analyzing their performance - scheduling day-to-day tasks.
• Field operations: - meetings with Glovers - meetings with partners.
• Project management.

• Leading a team of 32 co-workers and 30 students.
• Organization of daily work for two shifts (morning and afternoon).
• Monitoring and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly results.
• Presenting the results to the operating manager.
• Participate in in-store management meetings by presenting the results and challenges facing the CSC.
• Participation in in-store commercial meetings, informing CSC about new projects and actions that IKEA store have in the financial year planned.
• Participating in the implementation of REMAR, a joint project of three departments (breathe new life into furniture) in CSC.
• Implementation and monitoring of the 'Resolution to promise' an important KPI for CSC resolution team.
• Participation and development of a new project of selling a Gift card through CSC (ongoing).
• Continued cooperation with the entire IKEA SEE region (skype and Teams meetings for the purpose of sharing results and experiences).
• Participation in the development of a business plan for FY21.
• Omni channel retailing (ARC model).
• Participation in negotiations for the tender for service providers for IKEA Slovenia.
• Implementation of COVID-19 procedures for sales and CSC.
• Participation in the assessment and recruitment process of new co-workers and students.
• Duty manager, responsible for everything that happens during duty shifts in the IKEA store (Safety, complaints and functionality).
