• Project lead for development of cross functional playbook for Strategic Vendor Management Deployment to help better implement key initiatives at the market level and achieve profitable sales growth. Trained all category desks on the process.
• Lead on Strategic Vendor Manage Deployment deployments for specific categories upon RFP award. Including cross functional collaboration, meetings, tracking and strategy on unique market deployment needs.
• Lead on development of Playbook for Category Share Growth Plays. Implemented the process as lead for Fry Share Growth Plays across regions - from initial calls, launch and tracking progress. Conducted product trainings across multiple markets.
• Lead development of playbook on constrained supply management. Utilized the process for managing constrained supply across vendors and regions.
• Member of cross functional team for innovative product launches 2-4 times/year.
• Supported as interim Field Category Manager for Commodity Grocery/Dairy desk in the SE.
