PEERhelp operates a second chance employment reentry and alternative sentencing program across the Ballad Health service area. From this focus population, individuals will be assigned to the PEERhelp Recovery Community Navigators according to geographical location who will provide hands-on assistance to identify and meet the health-related social needs necessary for a successful reentry and the second chance employment process.
