Developing and growing a successful program has been an opportunity to learn and expand my professional knowledge base. I am currently the Division Director for a program providing care to 1000+ patients and employ nearly 70 people. Additionally, I also chair the Washington State Association for Treatment of Opioid Dependence (WSATOD) and serve as the national board representative at the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD) since 2021. I have over 24 years of progressive growth in the substance use disorder field. I have excell in communication, networking, budget management, and strategic long-term planning. In this process my focus has been to provide patient focused care while utilizing evidence-based practices and employing the most qualified staff. I want to continue to move forward with developing a treatment program for our community that offers whole person care.
