
I am a Customer Care and Sales Specialist with over 10 years of intensive experience in customer service and sales, one year of previous medical office experience in a very successful private Podiatry practice, as well as four years of previous experience in holistic patient care as a nursing student. My background in Clinical Psychology led me to develop strong communication skills and an intrinsic ability to understand and relate to others in a way that elicits feelings of comfort and safety. As a nursing student, I established my skills in health assessment and became very familiar with recording and evaluating medical records, patient history, lab results, and paying attention to the smallest detail. My experience in the hospitality industry has taught me how to multitask, while offering excellent customer service and catering to the needs of the individual. I am confident that my current position has given me the advanced reception skills necessary to adapt and succeed in any medical or office setting. I am very disciplined, focused and reliable. I take instruction very seriously. I have always been a self-starter and a fast learner. I am flexible and easy to work with. My ultimate goal is to create humble and secure office environment, where customers/patients will feel open, relaxed, content to receive the care they need to achieve their own individual wellness at their own pace.
