Summary

I look forward to developing relationships and interacting with the operations and manufacturing team as a maintenance manager. I bring a positive attitude and team leader skills required to keep the team members engaged in their responsibilities and help develop additional skills to keep pace with the changing technical challenges the are faced by an ever evolving manufacturing company. I bring the knowledge from various previous experiences with major industries including knowledge of Electrical systems , Air Conditioning , Hydraulic Systems , Internal Combustion Engines, Mechanical Systems, Automation and CNC machinery. I have worked closely with engineers in the development and implementation of machinery and equipment in Heavy Industries and look for innovative and cost savings measures when they can be applied. I also have a working knowledge of CAD systems to help communicate directly with vendors for unique parts and products the can help with repair and maintenance items. I am a life long Victorian and have developed many relationships with product suppliers and manufacturers that can bring logistical and proactive support to the plant maintenance department.

In closing, I would like to say I look forward to making a difference at the Victoria location to improve maintenance performance .

Sincerely Mitch Wagner
