Founder, Chairman & CEO of Anaconda Capital Management, LLC (ACM), an investment management firm formed in 1995 and focused on global, event-driven, long/short equity and credit investments, as well as long-term investments in undervalued businesses accompanied by constructive dialogue and collaboration with management. ACM was founded to succeed to the activities previously performed by Junction Advisors, Inc. and its affiliates. From 1985 through 1994, Mr. Kelly served in various positions at Junction Partners and Junction Advisors, Inc., ultimately as General Partner and President, respectively. Mr. Kelly previously served as Chairman of Boxer Learning, Inc., an e-learning company, and as a Board Member of Novavax, Inc., Cayman Systems, Inc., Essential Entertainment, Inc. and Odyssey Sports, Inc., among other companies. While serving as a Board Member of Novavax, Inc., a publicly-traded biotechnology company, Mr. Kelly was on two occasions asked to serve as its President and CEO.
