Mitchell McAnany

My name is Mitchell McAnany. I am a hardworking, organized and driven student athlete. I have just finished my Senior Year at Chino Hills High School. I was very involved with the school and their leadership groups, and I was part of two leadership groups, Link Crew and Renaissance. These groups of student leaders specifically focused on the overall wellness and positive reinforcement of the student body. I acted as a liaison between the students on campus and provided direction, assistance with event planning, and represented the school as a leader. I am also a multi-sport athlete and have been since childhood. The past two years I have run varsity track for my high school. As a kid, I was a Boy Scout, which encouraged me to look towards the career field I am currently very interested in and involved in. Outside of school, I am an Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) Cadet assigned to Post 2 in the city of Yorba Linda. My main goal is to bring a positive force to where I work, and to do the same with the people I'll work and interact with. Lastly, I would love to get work experience and improve my skills overall. Disciplined Cadet with experience in military training and leadership roles. Possess strong skills in strategic planning, team coordination, and problem-solving which are critical for this position. Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures coupled with the ability to handle stressful situations effectively. Previous work showcases impact through improved team efficiency and readiness.
