Processing Applicant Cases for Rent Relief. Determining eligibility based on program guidelines, outreaching to applicants for clarification and to review case status. This was a temporary contract with the California rent relief program, the deadline for completion of all cases is June 30th of 2022.
Worked in collaboration with leadership to coordinate outreach to patients who had been tested and diagnosed as positive for Covid-19. • Called contacts identified through interviews with newly diagnosed index patients to provide information for isolation/ containment and debriefed on contact history in efforts to interrupt ongoing transmission and reduce the spread of COVID-19.
