Each morning, I enjoy taking a trip to the gym to get in some much needed cardio, strength training, mindfulness meditation, stretching, and taking some time on a massage chair while listening to podcasts or books to start my day.

During the evening, I spend time on YouTube and the internet researching and planning home projects to improve our home. On days I'd rather explore my interests, I enjoy watching YouTube videos about science, psychology, or funny videos. When I'd rather relax, I watched movies or shows with the family before going to bed.

When I want to take time for myself during the day, I like to go on walks or take a drive exploring local shops and developing relationships with business owners.
